The Bachelorette<\/em> alum made wonderful friends along the way. And clearly, she realized that it\u2019s time to make a long overdue change.<\/p>\nAfter a lot of consideration and research, even asking fans to share their experiences, she opted to undergo breast reduction surgery.<\/p>\n

Rachel went under the knife on March 7. Obviously, fans asked how she is doing after receiving her breast reduction.<\/p>\n
\u201cI am doing well thank you so much,\u201d she told one fan. Rachel informed another that she is \u201cdoing better than I thought I would.\u201d<\/p>\nEven though Rachel\u2019s on-screen romance ended in an off-screen split, she does not have to go through this alone.<\/p>\n
Earlier this week, she shared that her roommate, Genevieve Parisi \u2014 whom we all know from the same franchise \u2014 was braiding her hair.<\/p>\n
\u201cNight before, getting my hair braided by Gen, so I don\u2019t have a rat\u2019s next tomorrow,\u201d Rachel explained. \u201cLast day with boobs\u2026 wanna see a nipple?\u201d She was, to be clear, joking.<\/p>\nRachel Recchia will find love on The Bachelorette. And we might already know the name of the lucky guy.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\nShe also shared her skincare routine before surgery and also her \u2018fit for her trip to the operating room.<\/p>\n
You don\u2019t want to overdo it. A pair of black sweatpants and a matching black hoodie are more than enough.<\/p>\n

Obviously, below that, she wore bandages, which poked out of the top of her collar. One imagines that she was in a lot of discomfort.<\/p>\n
And then, she made it clear that Genevieve is helping her out \u2014 and she even has a bell to ring when she needs a hand.<\/p>\nTHE BACHELORETTE \u2013 \u201c1904\u201d \u2013 Still reeling from last week\u2019s shocking rose ceremony which split them into two groups, Gabby and Rachel\u2019s men board the Virgin Voyages Valiant Lady, setting sail across Europe on their journey to find love. Numerous commenters also praised Gen for being a good friend to her and helping her out.<\/p>\n
Genevieve also made a tongue-in-cheek post, semi-joking that \u201cI now answer to a bell.\u201d<\/p>\n\u201cNurse Gen!\u201d Rachel commented. They are so sweet.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, Genevieve posted a more serious update, writing: \u201cRach is doing well after her surgery.\u201d She shared that she was \u201cjust resting up and being the most low maintenance patient ever.\u201d<\/p>\n
Gen then added: \u201cShe purposefully scheduled surgery yesterday so she physically couldn\u2019t celebrate today, so here we are.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
