Katie Maloney<\/strong><\/a> is not forgiving or forgetting when it comes to Tom Sandoval<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s past wrongs \u2014 including how he contributed to the downfall of her marriage.<\/p>\n

During a new episode of Vanderpump Rules<\/em><\/a>, which aired on Tuesday, March 12, Katie, 37, discussed Sandoval\u2019s attempt at redemption with Lala Kent, Scheana Shay <\/strong>and Kristina Kelly<\/strong>. Scheana, 38, elicited a negative response from Katie when she opened up about the progress she\u2019s made with Sandoval, 41.<\/p>\n

\u201cFor the first time since all of this happened, I know without a shadow of a doubt that those were genuine tears,\u201d she told the group, referencing her meditation session with Sandoval in a previous episode. In response, Kristina asked whether Scheana thought Sandoval was \u201cmore sad\u201d about losing their friendship compared to \u201cactually being out of a relationship\u201d with ex-girlfriend Ariana Madix<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\u201cHonestly, yes,\u201d Scheana said before repeating Sandoval\u2019s claims about what led to his affair<\/a> with Rachel \u201cRaquel\u201d Leviss<\/strong>. \u201cBecause he was so unhappy with her for so long.\u201d<\/p>\n

Scheana noted that she previously didn\u2019t have the space to deal with losing Sandoval as a friend \u2014 until now.<\/p>\n

\u201cI am finally five months later actually going through the grieving process,\u201d she explained. \u201cAriana has already grieved the loss of this. She\u2019s making millions of dollars and living her best f\u2014king life. I\u2019m not there.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Vanderpump Rules<\/em> costars originally found themselves divided in March 2023 when news broke about Sandoval and Ariana\u2019s split<\/a> due to his infidelity. Most of the friend group sided with Ariana, 38, but viewers have since seen Scheana, Lala, 33, and James Kennedy<\/strong> start to mend their issues with Sandoval<\/a> throughout season 11.<\/p>\n

Katie, however, refused to budge when it came to her dislike toward Sandoval, adding, \u201cHe is the type of individual that you want in your life? Because you miss the person that doesn\u2019t exist.\u201d<\/p>\n

According to Scheana, there was too much history with Sandoval<\/a> for her walk away entirely.<\/p>\n

\u201cWho he was before, I do miss,\u201d she noted. \u201cFirst year of NBC Upfronts [in 2013] when we were all in New York, Sandoval was the only person who even welcomed me into photos with this group.\u201d<\/p>\n

Katie swiftly pointed out that Sandoval\u2019s show of kindness was \u201cliterally a million years\u201d ago. \u201cI am not hanging on to 12 years ago,\u201d she added. \u201cI just don\u2019t have any sympathy and I am really waiting for this conversation to be over.\u201d<\/p>\n

In a confessional, Katie explained why she wasn\u2019t here for Scheana rekindling her friendship<\/a> with Sandoval.<\/p>\n

The couple made headlines in March 2023 when Us Weekly confirmed that Sandoval and Ariana Madix called it quits after nearly a decade together due to his infidelity. \u201cI wish Scheana would just wake the f\u2014k up. Look at the situation for what it really is,\u201d she told the cameras. \u201cSandoval never really gave a f\u2014k about your friendship. Cut ties, move on and be a good friend to Ariana.\u201d<\/p>\n

Katie got emotional while talking to the group about her own problems with Sandoval.<\/p>\n

\u201cWith all due respect, I simply wish you would get over it. That man has never offered me a sincere apology since the day I met him,\u201d she said. \u201cHe has been awful to me. He interfered in my marriage. He made everyone think I was a monster. My own ex-husband [Tom Schwartz<\/strong>] I think.\u201d<\/p>\n

Katie concluded: \u201cThe fact that anyone is having trouble getting over this trash bag of a human is fathomless. Because this person \u2014 they are a demon.\u201d<\/p>\n

While still married to Schwartz, 41, Katie was vocal about how she felt Sandoval was getting too involved in her marriage<\/a>. Sandoval\u2019s apparent disdain for Katie meant he always sided with Schwartz, which drove a wedge between Schwartz and Katie.<\/p>\n

Vanderpump Rules<\/em> fans watched the ups and downs between Katie and Schwartz<\/a> for more than a decade. After six years of marriage, Schwartz and Katie confirmed their split in March 2022.<\/p>\n

\u201cI held onto that relationship obviously because I was in love with him. I was envisioning, planning, wanting the future [and] everything with him. I think I was also very much broken,\u201d Katie said during the September 2023 episode of the \u201cAlmost Adulting\u201d podcast. \u201cMy confidence and self-worth and everything was very much broken down.\u201d<\/p>\n

Katie also recalled never feeling \u201cprioritized\u201d compared to Schwartz\u2019s professional ventures with Sandoval<\/a>.<\/p>\n
