Giddy up, Beyhive —\u00a0<\/span>Beyonc\u00e9<\/a>\u00a0has finally revealed the name of her\u00a0follow-up to the GRAMMY-winning album\u00a0<\/span>Renaissance<\/span><\/em>! On Tuesday, the\u00a042-year-old singer announced that her forthcoming\u00a0<\/span>Act II<\/span><\/em>\u00a0album is titled\u00a0<\/span>Cowboy Carter<\/span><\/em>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The GRAMMY winner took to her Instagram Story for the title unveiling. She shared a simple photo of a brown-and-silver horse saddle carrying a white-and-red sash with the album’s name written across it.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The slide includes <\/span>a link to Beyonc\u00e9’s official website<\/a>, where fans can pre-order physical copies of the album and <\/span>Cowboy Carter<\/span><\/em> merchandise.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Cowboy Carter<\/span><\/em>\u00a0has already made history thanks to <\/span>the release of its first two singles<\/a>.\u00a0Last month,\u00a0<\/span>Billboard<\/span><\/em>\u00a0announced that the\u00a0<\/span>Renaissance\u00a0<\/span><\/i>singer became\u00a0<\/span>the first Black female artist to top the Hot Country Songs chart<\/a>\u00a0with\u00a0<\/span>her single<\/a>, “Texas Hold ‘Em,” The singer’s other new offering, “16 Carriages,” also cracked the Top 10 at No. 9.<\/span><\/p>\n The No. 1 also gave Beyonc\u00e9\u00a0her seventh unique top spot on one of Billboard’s multimetric song charts as a solo artist: the Hot 100, Hot Country Songs, Hot Dance\/Electronic Songs, Hot Gospel Songs, Hot Latin Songs, Hot R&B Songs and Hot R&B\/Hip-Hop Songs. Only Justin Bieber has more, at eight.<\/span><\/p>\n The single drops are just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to\u00a0<\/span>Cowboy Carter<\/span><\/em>‘s potential surprises.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n On Monday,\u00a0<\/span>Dolly Parton<\/a>\u00a0shared that <\/span>a cover\u00a0of her iconic 1973 single, “Jolene,”<\/a> could appear on the upcoming album.\u00a0In a recent\u00a0<\/span>interview with\u00a0Knox News<\/em><\/a>, Parton, 78, explained that Beyonc\u00e9 previously\u00a0recorded a cover that Parton said is “probably gonna be on her country album, which I’m very excited about that.”<\/span><\/p>\n “I love her!” the country music icon added of Beyonce\u0301. “She’s a beautiful girl and a great singer. We’ve kind of sent messages back and forth through the years. And she and her mother were like fans, and I was always touched that they were fans, and I always thought she was great.”<\/span><\/p>\n After previously\u00a0<\/span>offering her congratulations and well wishes to\u00a0Beyonc\u00e9<\/a>\u00a0when the latter made history with her recent single, Parton\u00a0reiterated her praise while\u00a0speaking with\u00a0<\/span>Knox News<\/span><\/em>, welcoming the Houston-born musician at a time when\u00a0<\/span>she’s received pushback for tapping into her country roots<\/a>\u00a0when she’s traditionally viewed as an R&B\/Pop artist.<\/span><\/p>\n “A lot of people don’t realize Beyonc\u00e9 is a country girl.
