\nThe \u2018Anyone But You\u2019 actress, 26, who is also a fitness fanatic, opened up about how essential she finds her pet in keeping her mental check in order while adding she also loves to unwind by reading and downs water to stay healthy.<\/p>\n
\nSydney told People: \u201cMy dog, Tank, really is so important in my own self-care process. Whether it is just playing with her, taking her to the dog park or taking her on a walk, it just lets me take a moment and unplug from everything else.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nShe added about her other methods of relaxation: \u201cUsually I\u2019m reading. I love to read.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nSydney also declared: \u201cI love to work out\u201d in the chat about her strategies to stay balanced and healthy in mind, body and spirit.<\/p>\n
\nShe said one of her main exercise routines is Solidcore, which is billed as \u201cPilates redefined,\u201d.<\/p>\n
\nSydney added the workout is \u201cso freaking good\u201d due to how gruelling it is, saying: \u201cIt\u2019s the hardest workout you’ll ever have in your entire life… you will feel pain you\u2019ve never felt before.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nThe actress also said she focuses on hydration and sticks to one drink \u2013 adding: \u201cI only drink water.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nSydney is a brand ambassador for Bai, and has crafted her Raspberry Lemon Lime flavour drink for the flavoured water company.<\/p>\n
\nShe said the drink reflects her tastes as she is a \u201cberry girl\u201d \u2013 adding: \u201cI love berries. I always start my morning with the bowl of berries, so when Bai came to me and said, \u2018Let\u2019s create your dream flavour,\u2019 I was like, \u2018I know that I\u2019d love for it to have some type of raspberry infusion in it because I love raspberries.\u2019<\/p>\n
\n\u201cAlso, I grew up berry picking with my family, so when we started putting different combinations together I knew that this was going to be special because it reminded me of my childhood.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cIt just became exactly what I want it to be, and with the electrolytes, antioxidants and zinc, it\u2019s everything that I look for in a drink.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
