It allows you to literally \u201cdrop in\u201d using an Alexa-capable device, either just via audio or with audio and video. Just use the command \u201cAlexa, drop in&#8230;\u201d with the name of the device you want to call. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph mb-20 font-fkroman text-18 leading-160 -tracking-1 selection:bg-franklin-20 dark:text-white dark:selection:bg-blurple [&amp;_a:hover]:shadow-highlight-franklin dark:[&amp;_a:hover]:shadow-highlight-blurple [&amp;_a]:shadow-underline-black dark:[&amp;_a]:shadow-underline-white\">To see what\u2019s going on in another room that has an Echo Show named \u201cKid\u2019s Den,\u201d for example, just say something like \u201cAlexa, drop in on Kid\u2019s Den.\u201d The device in that room will chime and its light, if any, will turn green. You\u2019ll then be able to see and hear what\u2019s going on in the other room through your own device \u2014 and if they\u2019ve got a device with a camera, they\u2019ll be able to see and hear what\u2019s going on in yours.
