Calvin Harris has revealed his solution to jet lag: eggs.<\/p>\n
On Monday, the DJ, 40, appeared as a co-host on the Zoe Ball Breakfast Show on BBC Radio 2 and dished on a particular food that helps him during traveling. \u201cI was on a British Airways flight only a couple of weeks ago, and the air hostess told me she\u2019d never seen anybody crack eggs and pour them into their mouth in their seat before,\u201d Harris told Ball, 53. \u201cBut that was me. That\u2019s what I do.\u201d<\/p>\n
He then elaborated on why he has six eggs in his carry-on. \u201cI like to get rid of the white, so I just do the raw yolk,\u201d Harris continued. \u201cI find it gets rid of the jet lag.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cYou just stick them in your bag,\u201d he said. \u201cI\u2019m surprised they get through security because for me, that\u2019s liquid. But it\u2019s never, ever been flagged.\u201d<\/p>\n
