The Bachelor<\/em><\/a>\u2019s Joey Graziadei<\/strong><\/a> made meeting the parents look easy during hometown dates \u2014 but not every family was buying into his charm.<\/p>\n

Before making his jaunt around the United States (and Canada) during the Monday, March 4, episode, Joey, 28, made it clear that what went down during each hometown date could be \u201ca really big deal\u201d for the future of his relationships with his final four<\/a> contestants: Daisy Kent<\/strong>, Kelsey Anderson<\/strong>, Maria Georgas<\/strong> and Rachel Nance<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m hoping that, after this week<\/a>, we have the ability to look forward to what can come at the end of this and where our relationship can continue to grow to,\u201d the tennis pro said during a confessional. \u201cThat\u2019s the best-case scenario.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kelsey Anderson<\/h3>\n

The hometown dates kicked off with Kelsey taking Joey on a tandem bike ride through City Park in New Orleans. They continued to explore the city \u2014 and ate some beignets \u2014 before Kelsey took Joey to meet her family<\/a>, which included her dad, Mark<\/strong>, her brother, Matthew<\/strong>, and her sister, Taylor<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy feelings for her are real and they do make sense. I\u2019m extremely hopeful, I really am,\u201d Joey told Mark during their one-on-one conversation. Kelsey\u2019s dad was \u201creassured\u201d by Joey\u2019s feelings but was also \u201cconcerned\u201d for his daughter. In the end, however, Mark had faith in the future of their relationship.<\/p>\n

\u201cI feel very, very happy, and it was wonderful to see Kelsey and to see Joey and the connection they have,\u201d he told the camera. \u201cI understand there\u2019s still the other women, but I think Joey will take care of Kelsey. I do hope she\u2019s engaged when she comes home.\u201d<\/p>\n

While Kelsey admitted in a confessional to wanting to \u201cblurt that I love him,\u201d she did not share her feelings with Joey by the end of their visit.<\/p>\n

Rachel Nance<\/h3>\n

While Rachel is from Hawaii, her hometown date took place in Rancho Cucamonga, California. Joey got an inside look at her Filipino culture<\/a> when he met Rachel\u2019s mom, Noela<\/strong>, her dad, Hakim<\/strong>, her sister, Amanda<\/strong> and her nephew, Liam, during a backyard celebration \u2014 complete with a spit-roasted pig.<\/p>\n

Both Rachel\u2019s mother and father were skeptical of their daughter\u2019s relationship with Joey. \u201cThe verdict is still out,\u201d her mom declared at one point. Joey even made it clear to Hakim that he would be asking for permission to propose if Rachel was the one to earn his final rose. \u201cShe has my number,\u201d Rachel\u2019s dad told Joey.<\/p>\n

Despite the pushback from her family, Rachel did tell Joey that she is falling in love with him.<\/p>\n

Daisy Kent<\/h3>\n

Just like Taylor Swift<\/strong>, Daisy\u2019s heart is at a Christmas Tree farm, which is where Joey met her for a hometown date. The duo explored Daisy\u2019s family business<\/a> in Becker, Minnesota, before meeting her mom, Julie<\/strong>, her dad, Brandon<\/strong>, her sister, Josephine<\/strong>, her brother, Harrison<\/strong>, her Grandpa Ted<\/strong> and Grandma Gloria<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s apparent that Daisy\u2019s family is immediately taken with Joey, but Julie is concerned that her daughter is \u201cnot being vulnerable to the full extent.\u201d All that changes, though, after Daisy has a much-needed heart-to-heart with her dad. The hometown date allowed Daisy to tell Joey that she\u2019s falling in love<\/a> with him.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m so excited to see where this is going, and you make me so happy and feel so special and my whole family can see that. Regardless of what happens, I\u2019m just going to go for it wholeheartedly because I think that there\u2019s something amazing here and I want to see what it could be,\u201d Daisy said. In addition to the 25-year-old account executive\u2019s clear connection with the 28-year-old tennis pro, Us has noticed three signs that Daisy [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Maria Georgas<\/h3>\n

Finally, Joey headed to Niagara Falls, Canada, where he and Maria went on the famous Maid of the Mist boat ride. They were also forced to have a serious sit-down after she nearly walked away one week prior.<\/p>\n

While Maria admitted to Joey that she was \u201cscared,\u201d he wished that he felt \u201cmore confident\u201d about where they stood \u2014 especially after Maria revealed that Joey was the first significant other she\u2019s ever brought home.<\/p>\n

Tensions were high as Joey walked into what seemed like a modern-day installment of The Godfather<\/em> film franchise.<\/p>\n

\u201cMaria\u2019s 100 percent daddy\u2019s girl,\u201d Maria\u2019s dad, Nick<\/strong>, told the cameras. \u201cIf she gets hurt, it would be a problem for Joey.\u201d (Joey met Nick along with Maria\u2019s mom, Lori<\/strong>, her brothers, Steven<\/strong> and Soto<\/strong>, and a friend named Brittany<\/strong>.)<\/p>\n

Initially, it seemed like this hometown date would give JoJo Fletcher<\/strong>\u2019s hometown during Ben Higgins<\/strong>\u2019 Bachelor<\/em> season a run for its money, but Joey\u2019s charm won over Maria\u2019s family<\/a> \u2014 even her father.<\/p>\n

During his one-on-one conversation with Maria\u2019s dad, Joey expressed that he wanted to speak \u201cwith intention\u201d to each of the four women he had left, explaining that he hasn\u2019t shared love for anyone just yet. Joey earned Nick\u2019s respect with this comment \u2014 and received his blessing if Maria was The One. When the night came to an end (after Joey watched home videos of Maria as a baby), she \u201cfroze\u201d and couldn\u2019t share her feelings.<\/p>\n
