Emily Ratajkowski<\/strong><\/a> is getting candid about how her emotions can affect her physically.<\/p>\n \u201cI think trauma lives in the body,\u201d the model, 31, shared during her Tuesday, November 21, episode of her \u201cHigh Low\u201d podcast<\/a> with her guest Mia Khalifa<\/strong>. \u201cThat\u2019s been my experience. \u2026 When I\u2019m really unwell, I lose so much weight. I was down to 100 pounds recently and it was really, really scary.\u201d<\/p>\n The My Body<\/em><\/a> author clarified that she has since gained the weight back. Ratajkowski also noted that the weight loss was \u201ca huge game-changer\u201d for her as she now she knows how to tell when she is happy.<\/p>\n The past year has not been the easiest for the supermodel. Us Weekly<\/em> confirmed in September that the Gone Girl<\/em><\/a> actress filed for divorce<\/a> from Sebastian Bear-McClard<\/strong><\/a> after four years of marriage amid reports that he cheated<\/a>. Ratajkowski and the producer, 35, share son Sylvester<\/a>, who was born in March 2021.<\/p>\n Since their split, the I Feel Pretty<\/em> star has been candid about getting back out into the dating world<\/a>. During an interview with Harper\u2019s Bazaar<\/em> in October, she revealed she was going on dates but had not joined any dating apps at the moment. \u201cBut give me time!\u201d she joked.<\/p>\n One month later, Us<\/em> confirmed that Ratajkowski had started dating Pete Davidson<\/strong><\/a>. \u201cPete and Emily have been talking for a couple months now,\u201d an insider exclusively told Us<\/em><\/a> in early November, adding that the pair were \u201cin the very early stages, but both really like each other.\u201d<\/p>\n The couple were first photographed together in November. They later attended a New York Knicks game<\/a> and were seated next to Ben Stiller<\/strong><\/a>, Christine Taylor<\/strong><\/a> and Jordin Sparks<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n In November 2021, the We Are Your Friends<\/em> actress gushed over the SNL<\/em> alum<\/a>, 29, while appearing on Late Night With Seth Meyers<\/em>. \u201cHe seems super charming, he\u2019s vulnerable, he\u2019s lovely, his fingernail polish is awesome,\u201d she said. \u201cLike, he looks good, he\u2019s great.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI think you\u2019re being a little mean.
