Tom Nitti left <\/span>The Voice<\/em><\/a> season 24 in the middle of the competition — but he’s tuning back in for the new season to cheer on someone special in his life!<\/span><\/p>\n Nitti’s girlfriend, Ashley Bryant, will be a competitor on the upcoming 25th season of the show. Their pair met when their season were filming simultaneously, and Nitti credited the show with introducing them in his post <\/span>announcing his departure<\/a> from the competition last November.<\/span><\/p>\n “Thanks to\u00a0<\/span>@nbcthevoice<\/a>\u00a0I was able to live my wildest dreams and do what I’ve always hoped,” he wrote. “I made friends that’ll last a life time, experiences that I can hold on to forever and even found REAL and TRUE love (<\/span>@ashleybryantofficial<\/a>).”<\/span><\/p>\n While it’s unclear when Bryant’s Blind Audition will air over the next three weeks, the country artist took to Instagram to celebrate the premiere episode on Monday.<\/span><\/p>\n “SEASON 25 OF THE VOICE PREMIERS TONIGHT?!?!? Is this real or am I dreaming..\ud83c\udf99\ufe0f\ud83e\udd29\u2764\ufe0f,” she captioned a pic of herself on set. “Keep in mind, not every audition will air tonight\/tomorrow, there’s a bunch of us. So if you don’t see me this week(you probably won’t), there’s still two more weeks full of blind auditions. Keep tuning in tonight AND every Monday & Tuesday to see all of my talented friends that I hold so close to my heart. Love you guys!!”<\/span><\/p>\n Following a\u00a0<\/span>heartfelt Instagram post<\/a>\u00a0after he left the show mid-season due to “personal reasons,” Nitti went more in-depth about what exactly went down in an interview with the\u00a0<\/span>Utica Observer-Dispatch<\/em><\/a>\u00a0last fall. He revealed that, during his time on the show, his now ex-wife decided to try and pursue full custody of their two children.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n “It’s always been a dream of mine to pursue music full-time, but I can’t do that without a cushion,” explained the law enforcement officer and Purple Heart recipient at the time. “As a dad, I need to make sure my children will be supported.”<\/span><\/p>\n The singer has since revealed that he\u00a0recently wrote a song about the situation called “Redemption Road,” which he hopes to share with his kids in the future.<\/span><\/p>\n As for his\u00a0<\/span>Voice<\/span><\/em>\u00a0family, the singer raved that “The most positive thing from my experience on the show was the camaraderie I found among other vocalists.”<\/span><\/p>\n The producers on the show treat you like gold,” he added. “And Reba is the most genuine person \u2013 she is the same on TV as she is in real life.”<\/span><\/p>\n The Voice<\/span><\/em>\u00a0airs Mondays and Tuesdays at 8 p.m. PT\/ET on NBC.<\/span><\/p>\n RELATED CONTENT:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
