The DJ opened up about settling down with Nikki in a preview for the episode shared exclusively with <em>Life &amp; Style<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>While out to dinner with <strong>Vinny Guadagnino<\/strong> and <strong>Mike \u201cThe Situation\u201d Sorrentino<\/strong>, Pauly, 43, reflected on the start of his relationship with Nikki, 31, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lifeandstylemag.com\/posts\/pauly-d-nikki-hall-relationship-timeline-dating-photos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">which began<\/a> on <em>Double Shot at Love<\/em> in 2019. \u201cI didn\u2019t know [she was the one at first],\u201d he admitted. \u201cWith Nikki, we clicked so fast, so early, and even then I was like, \u2018Oh, f\u2013k, I don\u2019t know.\u2019 I still questioned myself.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Has Pauly Found the One? \u2764\ufe0f Jersey Shore: Family Vacation\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/X5LSYInUFag?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>It wasn\u2019t until Pauly decided to \u201crevisit\u201d his relationship with Nikki on season 2 of <em>Double Shot at Love<\/em> in 2020 that he knew their love was the real deal. \u201cIt\u2019s like, \u2018Alright, I\u2019m done being ratchet,\u2019\u201d he explained. \u201cMy mentality changed.\u201d In a confessional, he added, \u201cSomething just clicks in your mind when it\u2019s time to just turn down that ratchet life, that single life. You did it all. Mike went through it. I went through it. And now Vinny\u2019s going through it. He\u2019s at that point. It\u2019s like a light switch just clicks.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Rhode Island native also said he\u2019s \u201cgrateful and thankful\u201d for his girlfriend. \u201cShe\u2019s the type of woman who has those caring and nurturing vibes and family values,\u201d he gushed. While Nikki rarely appears on <em>Jersey Shore<\/em>, she and Pauly have been continuing to build a life together away from the public eye in Las Vegas.<\/p>\n<p>Vinny, 36, was admittedly beginning to think about settling down himself. \u201cI will tell you, though, when you\u2019re dating with the intention of the future, you start to look for different qualities,\u201d he said. \u201cLike, in the past, I\u2019d look for a model or a famous girl because she\u2019s very popular. But now I\u2019m like, \u2018What will benefit me in terms of raising a family? Will she be a good mother?\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The <em>Chippendales<\/em> star told his friends that the women in their lives \u2013 Mike, 41, has been married to <strong>Lauren Sorrentino<\/strong> (n\u00e9e Pesce) since 2018 \u2013 have the qualities he\u2019s looking for in a partner.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou want more for your life,\u201d Mike pointed out. \u201cIt\u2019s almost like your legacy as a man.
