However, it was an exciting moment as he took the stage to accept The Beacon Award for his movie Emancipation<\/em>. <\/p>\n He was joined onstage by co-star Charmaine Bingwa<\/strong><\/a> and director Antoine Fuqua<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n During his acceptance speech, Will <\/strong>referred to Emancipation <\/em>as \u201cthe most difficult film of my entire career,\u201d according to the Los Angeles Times<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s really difficult to transport a modern mind to that time period.
