Contestants on Netflix\u2019s Perfect Match<\/em><\/a> competed in a series of challenges to determine which duo was most compatible.<\/p>\n One couple stood victorious at the end of all the eliminations, repairings and new additions to the villa \u2014 Dom Gabriel<\/strong> <\/a>and Georgia Hassarati<\/strong><\/a>. Leading up to the finale, however, the pair didn\u2019t expect to win.<\/p>\n \u201cWe thought we lost it,\u201d Dom revealed during a March 2023 interview with Vulture<\/em><\/a>. \u201cFirst of all, because I was in the house so long, I felt we made a lot of enemies<\/a> because I went on dates and turned people down for Georgia, and Georgia turned people down for me. I kind of took Georgia from Chase [DeMoor]<\/strong><\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n The Mole<\/em> alum added that when Joey Sasso<\/strong><\/a> and Kariselle Snow<\/strong><\/a> announced their engagement, he and Georgia \u201clooked at each other like, \u2018Yeah, we\u2019re not winning this.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n Joey and Kariselle \u2014 who had a fling before their time on the reality series \u2014 got engaged<\/a> during the final episode.<\/p>\n \u201cSeeing Kariselle, that was something that sort of knocked me off my feet as soon as she walked in<\/a>. And boy did we have a good time together,\u201d Joey exclusively told Us Weekly<\/em> in February 2023, adding that he felt like Perfect Match<\/em> was an opportunity for him to make up for mistakes he\u2019d previously made with the Sexy Beasts<\/em> <\/a>alum.<\/p>\n \u201cHere\u2019s the thing, we both have things that have happened in the past with each other<\/a>, and I just felt that if she is here right now, I\u2019m gonna give it my all to really try to make this work with her,\u201d the New York native explained. \u201cBecause it felt like life had really brought us together for a reason, especially this time. And this just felt like the time when I gotta step up, be a man, own my past.\u201d<\/p>\n Despite his excitement about having a second chance<\/a> with Kariselle, Joey and the New Jersey native decided to go their separate ways a few months after the show wrapped.<\/p>\n \u201cRelationships, in general, are extremely difficult and it\u2019s hard to sit here and say exactly what happened because it\u2019s extremely personal between the both of us,\u201d the Circle alum told Variety<\/em><\/a> in March 2023 of his time with Kariselle. \u201cWe have so much in common, but I just think that we really tried to do everything we could<\/a> to work on everything.\u201d<\/p>\n He added: \u201cWe both had the best of intentions, but we have a lot of differences that separate us with the things that we want and the way that we feel about each other. \u2026 That chapter of my life is over.\u201d<\/p>\n Dom and Georgia, for their part, have also called it quits<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cI just loved my time with him and getting to know him,\u201d the Too Hot to Handle<\/em> <\/a>alum said of Dom during a March 2023 interview with Today.com<\/a>. \u201cHe\u2019s a great person and I wouldn\u2019t change anything. However, now we\u2019re not together at the moment.\u201d<\/p>\n Georgia has since fueled rekindled romance rumors with fellow Netflix personality Harry Jowsey<\/strong><\/a>, whom she previously dated from June 2022 to December 2022.<\/p>\n In February 2023, Harry shared a video of him and the Australia native sitting atop a horse<\/a> in the ocean together.<\/p>\n \u201cCongratulations on a mil broncy \ud83d\udc97 you deserve it,\u201d he wrote in the caption, praising Georgia for reaching 1 million Instagram followers<\/a>.<\/p>\n
