A tight friendship? Tom Schwartz<\/strong> <\/a>sparked dating speculation with hairstylist Jo Wenberg<\/strong> <\/a>after revealing that the pair are living together.<\/p>\n The 40-year-old TomTom co-owner explained the living arrangement during a deleted Vanderpump Rules<\/em><\/a> scene, which aired on Wednesday, March 1. In the never-before-seen footage, Tom\u2019s ex-wife, Katie Maloney<\/strong><\/a>, confronted him after noticing a woman\u2019s belongings in his apartment.<\/p>\n \u201cI think someone might have left their jewelry in your kitchen,\u201d she told the Minnesota native, who replied, \u201cIt\u2019s Jo. She\u2019s staying with me until the 1st<\/a>. You look all suspicious and s\u2014t. Jo\u2019s my friend. It\u2019s kinda nice having a roommate, actually.\u201d<\/p>\n Katie, 36, for her part, noted that Tom\u2019s situation with Jo, 34, was \u201cjust a weird thing to not mention.\u201d<\/p>\n The exes \u2014 who tied the knot in August 2016<\/a> after five years of dating \u2014 announced their split<\/a> in March 2022 and finalized their divorce that October. Last month, Tom exclusively told Us Weekly t<\/em>hat he isn\u2019t ready to get back into the dating game just yet.<\/p>\n \u201cI just got out of a 12-year relationship.
