Because they contain no leavening agent and the batter is quite runny, they are thin and cook quickly.<\/p>\n<p>They\u2019re enjoyed in both sweet and savory forms and filled with everything from fruit to veggies, meats, cheeses, and more. The following is our sweet version that\u2019s equally as thin and crispy as the classics, but made gluten-free and dairy-free!<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h-how-to-make-gluten-free-crepes\">How to Make Gluten-Free Crepes<\/h2>\n<p>These crepes come together with <strong>7 simple ingredients<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/minimalistbaker.com\/guide-making-dairy-free-milk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dairy-free milk<\/a><\/strong> \u2013 we used almond, but any thin, neutral-flavored milk will work.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dairy-free butter <\/strong>\u2013 for a classic, buttery flavor! We enjoy <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/MIYOKOS-CREAMERY-Organic-Europen-Cultured\/dp\/B07D6SBD3V\/?tag=minimalistbaker-20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener sponsored nofollow\">Miyoko\u2019s<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Maple syrup<\/strong> \u2013 for natural sweetness.
