It’s been a while since former CBS chairman and CEO and so-called \u201c#MeToo Horror Show<\/a>\u201d Les Moonves<\/strong> was in the news, but his name was back in the headlines late Friday. This time, it’s because he’s agreed to pay an $11,250 fine to the city of Los Angeles, over his relationship with a retired cop with Scientology ties.<\/p>\n Moonves, who led CBS from 2003 to 2018, was the subject of an August, 2018 expose<\/a> that revealed multiple claims of sexual harassment and assault. Other women came forward<\/a> after its publication, to share additional stories, and an internal investigation<\/a> by the network appeared to confirm many of those allegations, and brought up new claims<\/a>. Investigators wrote then that Moonves \u201cengaged in multiple acts of serious nonconsensual sexual misconduct in and outside of the workplace, both before and after he came to CBS in 1995.\u201d Moonves has repeatedly denied all the allegations against him.<\/p>\n
