Rita Ora<\/strong><\/a> replaced Kelly Rowland<\/strong><\/a> as the guest host of Today With Hoda and Jenna <\/i><\/a>on Friday, February 16, with only a moment\u2019s notice.<\/p>\n

We had two minutes to prepare ahhh, thank you @hodaandjenna for asking me to co-host the show,\u201d Ora, 33, wrote via Instagram<\/a> later on Friday. \u201cEveryone was so lovely and kind, I had SO much fun doing it!! \ud83d\udc97\ud83d\udc97\ud83d\udc97<\/span> Love to everyone that tuned in, maybe we should do more??!!!\u201d<\/p>\n

Ora was originally booked as a guest on the Friday broadcast, scheduled to discuss her upcoming stint<\/a> as a judge on The Masked Singer <\/i>and her next album. She would have been interviewed by Hoda Kotb<\/strong> andRowland, filling in for anchor Jenna Bush Hager<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Multiple outlets reported earlier on Friday that Rowland, 43, had an issue in the dressing room and abruptly left the New York City set. She was interviewed in an earlier hour of the NBC morning program and advertised as hosting the third hour with Kotb. The Destiny\u2019s Child alum has not addressed the incident. Us Weekly <\/i>reached out for comment.<\/p>\n

She continued, \u201cI didn\u2019t even know this was happening, honestly. Everyone watching: This has been so much fun and they asked [me] backstage and I was like, \u2018I love Hoda. Can I do this?\u2019 And so here we are, now we\u2019re with you for a whole hour.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ora cited \u201cjet lag\u201d as her last-minute reason for chopping off her long locks into a short bob.<\/p>\n
