Just two hours before Microsoft\u2019s big announcement, Microsoft Gaming CEO Phil Spencer explained the company\u2019s new Xbox vision in an internal memo to employees.<\/p>\n<p id=\"4fu1JK\"><em>The Verge<\/em> has obtained a copy of the memo.
