\nThe 26-year-old actress has enjoyed a meteoric rise over recent times, but Sydney admits that her success hasn’t come easily.<\/p>\n
\nThe blonde beauty – who stars in ‘The White Lotus’ and ‘Euphoria’ – told BuzzFeed: “I auditioned for everything you could imagine!<\/p>\n
\n“I was auditioning since I was like 12 years old, so … anything, ‘Modern Family’ – all of it!”<\/p>\n
\nBy contrast, Sydney never auditioned for the Disney Channel, because she knew she’d struggle to perform in front of a live audience.<\/p>\n
\nThe actress explained: “I had stage fright and I knew you had to do that in front of a live audience. So that thought definitely terrified me a little bit.”<\/p>\n
\nSydney has had lots of small roles on various TV shows – including ‘Criminal Minds’, ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ and ‘Pretty Little Liars’ – and those opportunities have helped her to prepare for her recent success.<\/p>\n
\nShe shared: “Honestly, I’ve learned so much from working on all of those different shows, even as a featured extra or a small co-star role.”<\/p>\n
\nMeanwhile, Sydney previously admitted that she “thrives in chaos”.<\/p>\n
\nThe Hollywood star has been very busy in recent years and she doesn’t any intention to slow down.<\/p>\n
\nShe told Variety: “Sometimes I love this crazy run I\u2019m on, because I fall in love with so many characters and I want to do them all. And I love what I do. And then sometimes I\u2019m like, \u2018OK, maybe I should do one to two projects a year so I can give myself time at home with my family.\u2019<\/p>\n
\n“But I think that I\u2019d get so unsteady. I thrive in chaos. I love having, like, five projects that I\u2019m juggling, and I\u2019m also reading ten scripts and three books at the same time. I love it.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
