Tom Sandoval doesn\u2019t have many supporters these days, but his former boss and current business partner, Lisa Vanderpump, is still in his corner.<\/p>\n

We wouldn\u2019t go so far as to say that Lisa is Team Sandoval, but she\u2019s more sympathetic to his plight than anyone else on the show \u2014 or perhaps even the planet.<\/p>\n

The complexity of Lisa\u2019s feelings toward her former employee was on display during Tuesday night\u2019s episode of Vanderpump Rules<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Sandoval brought Lisa flowers and offered his condolences on the closing of Pump, but he was the one who wound up getting teary-eyed when the conversation turned to his breakup with Ariana Madix.<\/p>\n
