Taylor Lautner<\/a>‘s “biggest lesson” from his first year of marriage is about sharing food.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Taylor Lauter tied the knot with Taylor Dome in 2022<\/p>\n
The 32-year-old actor tied the knot with nurse Taylor Dome – who is known as Tay – in 2022 and when asked what the “biggest lesson” they have both learned about each other in their first year of being husband and wife, the ‘Twilight’s star admitted it was that she will always take “half” of his food.<\/p>\n
He told E! News: “The biggest thing is sharing. Sharing food. She’s the person that you’ll be like, ‘Do you want one? Do you wanna order your own?’ And she’s always like, ‘No I’ll just take a bite or two from yours.’ And then she ends up having half.”<\/p>\n
But for Valentine’s Day on Wednesday (14.02.24), Tay – who hosts the ‘The Squeeze’ podcast with her husband – revealed that because her significant other is so good in the kitchen, he will probably just end up doing the cooking and then they will watch a movie together.<\/p>\n
She said: “We’re both homebodies and Taylor is an insane cook. So I feel like we’ll probably watch a movie and eat some food.”<\/p>\n
\nThe ‘Home Team’ star explained that cooking something and home and settling down in front of the TV is the usual type of night for himself and Tay.<\/p>\n
\nTaylor added: “A homecooked meal, throwing on Netflix or something, watching a movie, taking the dogs for a walk is our type of night any night. So that sounds like a good go-to for Valentine’s Day.”<\/p>\n
\nTowards the end of last year, Tay admitted that she and her husband have “very different communication styles” and this impacts on them when they have a disagreement.<\/p>\n
\nShe told People: \u201cTaylor and I have very different communication styles.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cAnd so when we do get in a \u2026 I don\u2019t even want to say an argument, because we don\u2019t really argue. But when we do get in a conversation or disagreement, whatever, and we\u2019re talking through it, he knows that I go mute and don\u2019t really speak. And Taylor can process his emotions.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
