Travis Kelce<\/b><\/a> reached a new level of fame when he began dating <\/span>Taylor Swift<\/b><\/a>.<\/span>. While he has embraced the new attention, the professional athlete also had to make some major lifestyle changes and moved due to security concerns.<\/p>\n Jason Kelce<\/strong><\/a> reflected on his family\u2019s new fame while appearing on the Monday, February, 12, episode of \u201cThe Big Podcast With Shaq<\/a>,\u201d admitting that they have all experienced \u201cdrawbacks\u201d amid the situation. However, Jason, 36, said Travis, 34, \u201cknows more\u201d about the sacrifices made than anyone else.<\/p>\n \u201c[Travis] had to completely move out of his house. People were just staying by his house,\u201d the Philadelphia Eagles athlete shared. \u201cI mean [for] safety reasons, [he had to move.] And the first day he moved into the new house \u2026 [in] a gated community, somebody knocks on the back window of the house.\u201d<\/p>\n Jason added that he and Travis are \u201cstill learning\u201d how to navigate the new attention they are now receiving. \u201cListen, we\u2019ve always been big in the football world, Travis especially. The Taylor world and the pop culture world<\/a>, that\u2019s a whole different level,\u201d the father of three said. \u201cIt\u2019s just an added level, a new demographic that wasn\u2019t there before.\u201d<\/p>\n Travis and Taylor, 34, first sparked dating rumors when he recalled trying to ask her out while attending her Eras tour in July 2023. After he shared the story on his \u201cNew Heights\u201d podcast<\/a>, Taylor quickly heard about his attempt and the pair connected. She then confirmed their romance by attending her first Chiefs game in September 2023.<\/p>\n While they initially kept their romance out of the spotlight<\/a>, both Taylor and Travis slowly started discussing their relationship in interviews.<\/p>\n \u201cObviously I\u2019ve never dated anyone with that kind of aura about them<\/span><\/a> \u2026. I\u2019ve never dealt with it. When she acts like that, I better not be the one acting all strange.\u201d<\/p>\n Meanwhile, Taylor said she wouldn\u2019t stop attending games<\/span><\/a> despite the backlash she received while watching from a suite. \u201cThere\u2019s a camera, like, a half-mile away, and you don\u2019t know where it is and you have no idea when the camera is putting you in the broadcast, so I don\u2019t know if I\u2019m being shown 17 times or once,\u201d the \u201cNow That We Don\u2019t Talk\u201d singer told<\/span> TIME<\/span><\/i><\/a> in December 2023. \u201cI\u2019m just there to support Travis.
