While many were thrilled to see Justin Bieber<\/strong><\/a> sitting in the crowd at the Super Bowl 2024, others were disappointed that he did not make a musical cameo during the halftime show at Allegiant Stadium.<\/p>\n

The \u201cGhost\u201d singer sat in the crowd with his wife, Hailey Bieber<\/strong><\/a>, during the Las Vegas sporting event on Sunday, February 11. Russell Wilson<\/strong> and his wife, Ciara<\/strong>, Kendall<\/strong> Jenner<\/strong> and sister Khlo\u00e9 Kardashian<\/strong> were among the celebrities sitting around them as they chatted.<\/p>\n

Speculation grew that he would be joining longtime pal Usher<\/strong> on stage for his halftime performance<\/a>, given their history together in the music industry and longstanding friendship.<\/p>\n

\u201cJustin Bieber had The Biggest Possible Hype for performing at the Super Bowl,\u201d one X user penned after the cameo didn\u2019t happen. \u201cEveryone was Dying to see him perform at the Halftime Show. Usher, 45, and Justin, 29, collaborated on the unforgettable 2010 track \u201cSomebody to Love.\u201d Many viewers were holding out hope that the duo would reunite to take on the song on the world\u2019s biggest stage to recreate their iconic choreography. Unfortunately, the long-awaited reunion never came.<\/p>\n

\u201cTHAT\u2019S IT???? Usher\u2019s done????? JustinBieber and Taylor Swift are NOT coming out????\u201d one disappointed person wrote on X after the halftime performance.<\/p>\n

The \u201cOMG\u201d singer brought out several other special guests during his halftime set, including Alicia Keys<\/strong>, Jermaine Dupri<\/strong>, Lil Jon<\/strong>, H.E.R.<\/strong>, Ludacris<\/strong> and will.i.am<\/strong>. He belted his heart out to hits like \u201cLove in This Club,\u201d \u201cMy Boo,\u201d \u201cOMG\u201d and more. Still, Justin\u2019s absence from the lineup was felt by the millions who tuned in with anticipation.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe really needed Justin Bieber at halftime to heal this country,\u201d another person wrote on X, with many others agreeing.<\/p>\n

Rumors began swirling on X that Justin had left his seat just before halftime, leading many to believe that something was brewing between him and Usher. Unfortunately, that theory never actually came to fruition.<\/p>\n
