The ‘Stronger’ rapper is said to have used an unauthorised interpolation of the late singer’s 1977 hit ‘I Feel Love’ on ‘Good (Don’t Die)’, which features on his and Ty Dolla $ign’s newly-released joint album ‘Vultures 1’.<\/p>\n

The song features the lyrics \u201cOh, I\u2019m alive, I\u2019m alive, I\u2019m alive, I\u2019m alive\u201d seemingly set to the melody of the classic track from the Queen of Disco, who died in 2012 aged 63.<\/p>\n

A statement shared to the Instagram Story for Donna’s account said: \u201cKanye West<\/a>\u2026 asked permission to use Donna Summer\u2019s song I Feel Love, he was denied\u2026 he changed the words, had someone re sing it or used AI but it\u2019s I Feel Love\u2026 copyright infringement!!!(sic)”<\/p>\n

The statement comes after Kanye was blasted by Ozzy Osbourne<\/a>, who accused him of sampling Black Sabbath’s War Pigs’ on the album without permission.<\/p>\n

\nOzzy fumed on X: “.@kanyewest ASKED PERMISSION TO SAMPLE A SECTION OF A 1983 LIVE PERFORMANCE OF \u201cWAR PIG\u201d FROM THE US FESTIVAL WITHOUT VOCALS WAS REFUSED PERMISSION BECAUSE HE IS AN ANTISEMITE AND HAS CAUSED UNTOLD HEARTACHE TO MANY. HE WENT AHEAD AND USED THE SAMPLE ANYWAY AT HIS ALBUM LISTENING PARTY LAST NIGHT. I WANT NO ASSOCIATION WITH THIS MAN! (sic).”<\/p>\n

\nHis wife and manager, Sharon Osbourne, later added on her own account: \u201cThe Osbourne family have never wanted any association with Kanye West. He is an anti-Semitic fool who spews his rhetoric out into the world, Kanye you [messed] with the wrong dude this time. Sincerely, Sharon Osbourne.\u201d<\/p>\n

\nAlthough the 75-year-old rocker said permission was requested for ‘War Pigs’, the song he seemed to use at his Chicago listening party was ‘Iron Man’.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
