The current status of Kyle Richards<\/strong><\/a> and Mauricio Umansky<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s marriage is unknown, but she made an eye-raising comment about their union on the latest episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n

The conversation started as the RHOBH<\/em> women were on a bus ride in Spain during the Wednesday, February 7 episode. Annemarie Wiley<\/strong> asked the single women if they would ever get remarried if the opportunity presented itself.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t think I need the paper,\u201d Garcelle Beauvais<\/strong> admitted. \u201cI\u2019ve worked so hard that I want to leave what I can for my kids as opposed to splitting it with a man.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kyle subsequently joked, \u201cPrenup.\u201d Garcelle added, \u201cDo we know what the paperwork [is] that we\u2019re signing for. Do we know what your partner is really doing?\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tKyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky were married for more than two decades before they shocked fans with their separation in 2023. Richards was previously married to Guraish Aldjufrie, with whom she shares daughter Farrah, from 1988 to 1992. She met Umansky in 1994, and the couple exchanged vows two years later. Richards was four months [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Kyle then turned to Annemarie, 40, asking, \u201cDon\u2019t you just sign anything Marcellus [Wiley]<\/strong> says, \u2018Here baby sign this?\u2019 What do you say, \u2018Let me have a lawyer look at this?\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

Annemarie replied that she always asks their business manager first.<\/p>\n

\u201cSometimes I just sign it,\u201d Kyle added, which elicited some rather wild responses from the other RHOBH<\/em> women.<\/p>\n

\u201cNo, we\u2019re going to go back to marriage 101. Do not sign any document without reading it,\u201d Sutton Stracke<\/strong> said in her confessional.<\/p>\n

\u201cEven if you look at it, it doesn\u2019t matter,\u201d Erika Jayne<\/strong> said on the bus with all the women. Meanwhile, Sutton, 52, continued discussing the topic during her confessional, saying, \u201cI don\u2019t care if you have married the pope. Do not sign the pope\u2019s document.\u201d<\/p>\n

In her own confessional, Kyle said Mauricio \u201chandles everything\u201d in their marriage.<\/p>\n

\u201cOh, Kyle, this is how I got into trouble,\u201d she said in her confessional. \u201cIt\u2019s OK to trust your husband, until it\u2019s not OK to trust your husband.\u201d<\/p>\n

Erika, 52, is referencing her past marriage to Tom Girardi<\/strong>. The Bravo star filed for divorce<\/a> from Tom, 84, in November 2020 after 21 years of marriage. One month later, Erika was named in several fraud lawsuits<\/a> regarding Tom\u2019s law firm allegedly mishandling funds<\/a> received from clients. Erika has been accused of having prior knowledge<\/a> of Tom\u2019s illegal actions, however, she has continued to maintain her innocence.<\/p>\n

Back on the bus, Kyle went on to say that her late mother, Kathleen Richards<\/strong>, always reminded her not to trust a man.<\/p>\n
