It\u2019s a royal race-off! Prince William<\/strong><\/a> and Princess Kate<\/strong><\/a> got competitive while taking a spin class together on Tuesday, February 28.<\/p>\n Visiting Wales ahead of St. David\u2019s Day on Wednesday, March 1, the royal couple took a stop<\/a> at the Aberavon Leisure & Fitness Centre in Port Talbot, South Wales, to promote the importance of physical and mental health. To do so, the pair jumped on exercise bikes in their business attire to go head-to-head in a 45-second race.<\/p>\n Though William\u2019s suit, tie and dress shoes lent themselves more to the physical activity, it was Kate, 41, who emerged from the race victorious, doing so in black high-heeled boots, a houndstooth maxi skirt and a white turtleneck. She was even awarded a tiny gold trophy to celebrate her win.<\/p>\n \u201cCan I make it harder?\u201d the princess asked in a video of the race<\/a> before adjusting her bike.<\/p>\n Kate recently donned another black and white ensemble at the 2023 BAFTAs on February 19<\/a>. Complimenting William\u2019s black velvet tuxedo blazer, the Princess of Wales wore a white, one-shoulder gown by designer Jenny<\/strong> Packham<\/strong>, which she paired will long, black gloves.<\/p>\n The Prince of Wales, 40, and Kate are quite the sporty couple. On Saturday, February 25, the two supported opposing teams<\/a> while attending a rugby match in Cardiff, Wales, as William rooted for the Welsh Rugby Union and Kate \u2014 who is patron of English rugby \u2014 cheered on her native team.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s going to be a very tense journey home,\u201d William joked to reporters<\/a> before the game. \u201cIf we win today my wife won\u2019t speak to me. It will be a tense evening.\u201d Once again, Kate was victorious, as England beat Wales with a score of 20-10.<\/p>\n William and Kate \u2014 who tied the knot in 2011<\/a> \u2014 also enjoy including their kids, Prince George<\/strong><\/a>, 9, Princess Charlotte<\/strong><\/a>, 7, and Prince Louis<\/strong><\/a>, 4, on the sporting fun. In February 2022, George and his parents were among the fans at another England versus Wales rugby match<\/a>, which England also won. Later that year in July<\/a>, the young prince and the couple were spectators at the Wimbledon Men\u2019s Final between tennis players Novak Djokovic<\/strong><\/a> and Nick Kyrgios<\/strong>.<\/p>\n That same month, Charlotte appeared alongside her father in an Instagram video<\/a> cheering on the England women\u2019s national football team, the Lionesses, ahead of their UEFA Women\u2019s Euro Final championship game. \u201cWe both want to wish the Lionesses the best of luck for tonight,\u201d William stated in the video<\/a>, featuring Charlotte sitting on his lap. \u201cYou\u2019ve done amazingly well in the competition and we\u2019re rooting for you all the way.\u201d<\/p>\n Charlotte went on to add, \u201cGood luck.
