Bijou Phillips<\/strong><\/a> stepped out for a Grammys<\/a> event as she navigates the aftermath of her estranged ex Danny Masterson<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s prison sentencing.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m doing good,\u201d Phillips, 43, told E! News<\/em><\/a> at a 2024 Grammys viewing party on Sunday, February 4. The actress and model went on to add that she has formed a \u201cgreat little team\u201d with her and Masterson\u2019s daughter, Fianna, 9.<\/p>\n

Us Weekly<\/em><\/a> confirmed in September 2023 that Phillips filed for divorce from Masterson, whom she wed in 2011, days after he was sentenced to 30 years in prison for guilty charges of forceable rape.<\/p>\n

\u201cMs. Phillips has decided to file for divorce from her husband during this unfortunate time. Her priority remains with her daughter,\u201d her attorney, Lauzon Paluch<\/strong>, said in a statement to TMZ<\/a> at the time. \u201cThis period has been unimaginably hard on the marriage and the family. Mr. Masterson was always present for Ms. Phillips during her most difficult times of her life. Ms. Phillips acknowledges that Mr. Masterson is a wonderful father to their daughter.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tDanny Masterson and wife Bijou Phillips wed in 2011 after meeting at a celebrity poker tournament two years prior. In March 2017, Masterson \u2014 who welcomed daughter Fianna with Phillips in 2014 \u2014 was accused of sexual assault in the early 2000s by multiple women. As a result, he was written off from Netflix\u2019s The [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Masterson was first accused of sexual assault<\/a> in 2017, with multiple women claiming the That \u201870s Show<\/em><\/a> alum assaulted them in the early 2000s. Masterson maintained his innocence as other accusations surfaced. He was charged<\/a> with three counts of rape by force or fear in June 2020 and pleaded not guilty<\/a>\u00a0the following January.<\/p>\n

Masterson\u2019s initial trial ended in a mistrial<\/a> in November 2022 after the jury failed to reach a verdict. Following his second trial last spring, the actor was found guilty<\/a> on two counts of forcible rape in May 2023 and sentenced to prison<\/a> that September. He began his 30-year prison sentence in December 2023.<\/p>\n

Last month, a judge denied Masterson bail<\/a>, claiming he has \u201cevery incentive to flee,\u201d and the former TV star was moved to a maximum-security prison<\/a> in California.<\/p>\n

In the wake of his sentencing, Masterson granted Phillips full custody<\/a> of their daughter, which is what she requested in her September 2023 divorce filing.<\/p>\n

Masterson\u2019s scandal has only brought Phillips and Fianna closer. Ahead of the holidays, Phillips shared a sweet Instagram Story photo of Fianna decorating gingerbread cookies<\/a> in December 2023. That same month, Phillips shared several photos of her \u201cmost needed vacation<\/a>\u201d to the Bahamas with fans via Instagram<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Phillips has also parted ways with the Church of Scientology following Masterson\u2019s legal drama, with a source exclusively telling Us<\/em><\/a> last month that she \u201cquietly left the religion.\u201d The insider added: \u201cBut that doesn\u2019t mean she doesn\u2019t talk to her friends and family still in Scientology.\u201d<\/p>\n
