Demi Lovato’s performance of \u201cHeart Attack\u201d at the American Heart Association Event raised a few eye brows on social media.<\/p>\n
A rep for Demi Lovato however explained why she sang \u201cHeart Attack\u201d at the event:<\/p>\n
“She spoke on the mind-heart connection. It was a sensitive moment intended to champion the women in the room \u2014 the very reason why Demi was at the event. She did open with a beautiful intro on why she chose the song and addressed the room, talking about the mind and heart connection. It was actually a beautiful moment.\u201d<\/p>\n
