They include <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theverge.com\/2022\/1\/19\/22891825\/meta-quest-update-v37-quick-action-pinch-link-sharing-apple-magic-keyboard\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">expanding the existing pinch control<\/a> with the choice of a short \u201cpinch and release\u201d gesture to open the universal menu or a longer \u201cpinch and hold\u201d to recenter the headset view.
