Sadly, this version of grumpy old men offers no comic relief\u2014just chaos, confusion, and a bad sense of d\u00e9j\u00e0 vu for the American people.\u201d<\/p>\n Last February, without directly naming Trump (or Biden), Haley called<\/a>\u00a0for compulsory competency tests for elected officials over 75, saying, \u201cIn the America I see, the permanent politician will finally retire.\u201d Earlier this month, she questioned<\/a> Trump\u2019s mental fitness after he appeared to confuse her with Nancy Pelosi.<\/strong> \u201cThey\u2019re saying he got confused, that he was talking about something else, he\u2019s talking about Nancy Pelosi,\u201d Haley\u00a0said<\/a>\u00a0in Keene, New Hampshire. \u201cThe concern I have is\u2014I\u2019m not saying anything derogatory\u2014but when you\u2019re dealing with the pressures of the presidency, we can\u2019t have someone else that we question whether they\u2019re mentally fit to do this.\u201d Later, she added<\/a>: \u201cMy parents are up in age, and I love them dearly. But when you see them hit a certain age, there is a decline.
