When it comes to a group chat with her cohosts on The View<\/em><\/a>, Whoopi Goldberg<\/strong><\/a> is perfectly fine with being left out.<\/p>\n

During the Monday, January 29, episode<\/a> of the ABC talk show, cohost Alyssa Farah Griffin<\/strong> asked if there\u2019s a text chain she\u2019s not included in. Cohost Sunny Hostin<\/strong> confirmed there had been in the past, but noted that Goldberg, 68, would \u201cgladly\u201d give up her spot in the thread for Farah Griffin, 34.<\/p>\n

\u201cI feel like Michael Corleone, because I take myself off the group texts,\u201d Goldberg quipped in response, to which Hostin, 55, replied, \u201cAnd Joy [Behar]<\/strong> puts you right back on.\u201d<\/p>\n

Despite cohost Ana Navarro<\/strong> suggesting that Goldberg should silence her device\u2019s notifications rather than remove herself from the chat altogether, Goldberg\u2019s stance remained the same.<\/p>\n

Navarro, 52, pointed out that if there are separate chats without one person, it can lead to accidentally communicating in the wrong one. Goldberg replied to that argument with the rebuttal, \u201cSee, that\u2019s why I\u2019m not on all of that stuff because I know who I\u2019m texting.\u201d<\/p>\n
