Raquel Leviss<\/strong><\/a> shared that Tom Sandoval<\/strong><\/a> had a plan on how to unveil their romance after he broke up with Ariana Madix<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe was saying, \u2018Look, people hated Ariana in the beginning, and then they realized we were sticking together,\u2019\u201d Leviss, 29, claimed on the Thursday, January 25, episode of her \u201cRachel Goes Rogue<\/a>\u201d podcast. \u201cWe weren\u2019t going anywhere and so they had to accept it and they ended up loving her and it could be the same for us.\u201d<\/p>\n

Sandoval, 40, and Madix, 38, started dating in 2014 shortly after he called things off<\/a> with Kristen Doute<\/strong>. Sandoval and Madix were together for nearly a decade<\/a> until they broke up in March 2023 after it was revealed he was having an affair<\/a> with Leviss.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think in his mind, he\u2019s gotten away with it before [so] he could get away with it again,\u201d Leviss said, referring to the murky timeline of Sandoval and Doute\u2019s breakup. \u201cI think I was just naive and wishful thinking that this could work out the way I wanted it to because ultimately at that time I did want to be with him. I was hoping for the best I guess.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tRaquel Leviss and Tom Sandoval sparked a romance in summer 2022 while he was still dating Ariana Madix \u2014 and the fallout has been messy to say the least. Vanderpump Rules fans learned Sandoval had a connection with Madix during season 2 of the Bravo hit when his then-girlfriend, Kristen Doute, alleged he cheated with [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Leviss revealed that she was the one who pushed Sandoval to tell Madix the truth. At the time, the Vanderpump Rules cast had already wrapped up filming season 10 but still had the reunion special to tape.<\/p>\n

\u201cI was like, \u2018We need to tell Ariana before the reunion. We can\u2019t go into the reunion with her not knowing.\u2019 Because I [felt] like that just really really wouldn\u2019t be fair [to] her,\u201d she shared. \u201cThe one thing that we got hung up on, he did not want her to know when it first started and I don\u2019t see the point in lying about those things because isn\u2019t it much better to just be upfront and honest and tell the truth?\u201d<\/p>\n

While Sandoval was seemingly hesitant to come clean, Leviss confessed there were a \u201cfew instances\u201d where she almost told Madix herself. However, Leviss believed the news should come from Sandoval.<\/p>\n
