Kim Kardashian<\/a>, Khlo\u00e9 Kardashian, Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner: \u201cLet\u2019s just say they have one whole grilled cheese; they\u2019ll make up for it by working out at the gym.<\/p>\n\u201cThey\u2019re really rigid about that.\u201d<\/p>\n
The chef stressed the reality stars do not gorge on a \u201cbushel of grilled cheeses\u201d when they have their \u201ccheat meals\u201d as they value moderation.<\/p>\n
\nChef K has been preparing meals for the Kardashian-Jenner clan for nearly nine years after starting as a private day-to-day chef for Kris, 68, and moving on to work for Kylie, 26, then Khlo\u00e9, 39, then Kourtney, 44, and her musician husband, Travis Barker \u2013 as well as \u201ca little bit\u201d of work for 43-year-old Kim.<\/p>\n
\nAfter six years of working for the family, the chef has swapped to becoming their private events caterer.<\/p>\n
\nChef K also handles all the family meals for big holidays like Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year\u2019s, Easter and birthdays.<\/p>\n
\nShe said: \u201cIt\u2019s all the major Hallmark holidays. I\u2019ve noticed, too, when holidays hit, I mean, come on, no one\u2019s trying to slim away.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cSo they do have their pasta, they\u2019ll have their cheeses, they\u2019ll have their breads, too.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cBut they\u2019re all so active with their walks in the mornings and their gym routines.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nShe added: \u201cSometimes they\u2019re like, \u2018Ah, chef, you\u2019ve been here 21 hours, but can you whip up another late-night snack?\u2019.. who doesn\u2019t love a grilled cheese with tomato bisque, right?\u201d<\/p>\n
\nChef K also keeps a mental list of all the foods the family refuse to eat, saying along with Kourtney\u2019s veganism Kim won\u2019t touch food with cilantro.<\/p>\n
\nKendall, 28, hates spicy peppers and Khlo\u00e9 will only eat chicken breast and turkey as her protein options.<\/p>\n
\nChef K added about the Kardashian sisters\u2019 children\u2019s tastes: \u201cThe kids are the finicky ones.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cBut with creativity, and as long as they\u2019re part of the actual cooking, they\u2019re willing to try it. They\u2019re pretty good at trying things.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
