\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n Melissa Barrera<\/strong><\/a> hit the frontlines of a pro-Palestine rally on Sunday (January 21) in Park City, Utah.<\/p>\n The 33-year-old actress is in town for the 2024 Sundance Film Festival<\/strong><\/a><\/em>, where she premiered her new movie Your Monster<\/em><\/a> a few days before.<\/p>\n On Sunday, she attended the SAGindie Actors Only Brunch<\/em>, pictured in the gallery, as well as joining the protestors, where she held up a poster that read, \u201cIn Our Lifetime,\u201d and \u201cFree Palestine\u201d numerous times.<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n During the rally, Melissa<\/strong> did not do interviews, understandably so, but she did give permission for people to take video of her. <\/p>\n She was seen chanting, \u201cIn our thousands, in our millions, we are all Palestinians!\u201d along with others, via Deadline<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n Melissa<\/strong> has been very vocal about her support for Palestine, which has led to her being fired from the upcoming Scream 7<\/em> movie<\/a>.<\/p>\n At the Your Monster<\/em> premiere days before joining the rally, Melissa<\/strong> shared that she has had a \u201cbig awakening\u201d and is grateful for all that\u2019s happened the past few months, alluding to her firing.<\/p>\n \u201cHonestly, I think I finally am becoming who I\u2019m supposed to be in life, and the last few months have been a big awakening of that,\u201d she told AP<\/a><\/em>. \u201cI\u2019m just so grateful for everything that\u2019s happened.\u201d<\/p>\n <\/span><\/p><\/div>\n
