After competing on The Bachelor<\/em>, Salley Carson<\/strong><\/a> has found a new reality TV home on Southern Hospitality<\/em><\/a> \u2014 and she\u2019s not afraid to make waves.<\/p>\n

Salley, 28, joined the Bravo series for season 2 last month and quickly hit it off with coworker Joe Bradley<\/strong><\/a>. However, during the January 11 episode, she crossed a line by kissing TJ Dinch<\/strong>\u2019s roommate<\/a>, Gaston<\/strong>, before going on a date with Joe \u2014 and then lying about it.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou went to [Gaston\u2019s house] and made out with him right before our date. That\u2019s like a f\u2013king serial killer move,\u201d Joe, 27, yelled at Salley while standing outside their workplace, Republic Garden & Lounge. \u201cThat\u2019s just weird. It makes me sick.\u201d<\/p>\n

At the time, Salley denied that it happened and claimed that Joe could call Gaston and he\u2019d back her up. During the Thursday, January 18, episode, Joe once again confronted Salley over the awkward moment.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m alright. I just want to know the truth,\u201d Joe told Salley, to which she replied, \u201cThat\u2019s why we\u2019re here. I just want to tell you everything.\u201d<\/p>\n

Joe then apologized for previously talking about the drama at work. \u201cYou came out so aggressively,\u201d Salley claimed. Joe confessed, \u201cMy emotions got the best of me. I\u2019m sorry if I made you feel uncomfortable. I was just really upset.\u201d<\/p>\n

Salley admitted, \u201cIt was wrong of me to kiss him. I apologize for lying.\u201d However, Joe couldn\u2019t wrap his head around why Salley would kiss another guy and then come to his place.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was wrong, but it was a kiss,\u201d she replied, noting, \u201cWe\u2019ve known each other for three weeks.\u201d The twosome concluded that they would be \u201cmature\u201d and just be work friends. \u201cI\u2019m not only kind of heartbroken and demoralized, but I feel like an idiot. It\u2019s not smart to date coworkers,\u201d Joe told the cameras.<\/p>\n

The Southern Hospitality<\/em> cast previously teased that Gaston, who has been dating Southern Charm<\/em>\u2019s Taylor Ann Green<\/strong><\/a> since summer 2023, is known for being a lady\u2019s man.<\/p>\n

\u201cTaylor has a type, and she loves the men that have been around,\u201d Bradley Carter<\/strong> exclusively told Us Weekly<\/em><\/a> in November 2023. \u201cI\u2019m not going to say a walking red flag,\u201d he claimed, insisting that Gaston is a \u201cgood guy.\u201d<\/p>\n

Joe, meanwhile, hinted at his and Gaston\u2019s conflict over Salley, telling Us<\/em> in November 2023, \u201cI like the guy, but [the past drama] it is more over a girl, and I\u2019m not the kind of guy that\u2019s going to fight a guy over [a] girl.\u201d He added, \u201cCharleston gets messy. There\u2019s a reason why there\u2019s two shows in a tiny town.\u201d<\/p>\n
