Rebel Wilson is opening up to fans about her recent weight gain.<\/p>\n
Back in 2020, the Australian actress and comedian dedicated herself to making numerous lifestyle changes.<\/p>\n
As a result, she lost a dramatic eighty pounds.<\/p>\n
She has now regained a notable portion of that. \u201cWorking really hard has meant that, coz of all the stress, I\u2019ve gained 14kg\u2019s (30 pounds)!\u201d she began her caption.<\/p>\n
Rebel knows that millions of her fans and followers are American. We are one of only three countries that measure weight in pounds.<\/p>\nRebel Wilson penned an Instagram Caption on January 15, 2024 to describe her weight and her feelings about her body. She acknowledged that \u201cit shouldn\u2019t \u2026 but it does.\u201d<\/p>\n
As Rebel went on to explain, her success and busy career have effectively distracted her from her body goals.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019m really proud of the work I\u2019ve been doing on new movies and my memoir,\u201d Rebel then affirmed.<\/p>\n

But the second most important thing to note is that it is seldom, seldom <\/em>permanent.<\/p>\nOver time, the human body becomes more efficient at storing energy \u2014 even at a caloric deficit. Not everyone\u2019s workloads decreased during the early months of the COVID-19 pandemic, but for those whose did, some found time for other projects.<\/p>\n
These days, she is engaged to fiancee Ramona Agruma. Rebel does have what is arguably the most important secret to weight loss: lots and lots of money. (The secret to not gaining weight in the first place, however, is genetics<\/em>)<\/p>\nBut if she does or doesn\u2019t, that\u2019s her business. Rebel deserves to have whatever size or shape she likes.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
