Spilling the behind-the-scenes tea! Kaitlyn Bristowe<\/strong><\/a> just revealed some alleged \u201cbig, insider scoop\u201d about The Bachelor<\/em><\/a> on the Thursday, February 23, episode<\/a> of her \u201cOff the Vine\u201d podcast<\/a>.<\/p>\n The Monday, February 20, episode of the ABC reality dating series saw Bachelor Zach Shallcross<\/strong><\/a> and his group of women take a trip across the pond to London. But things took a turn for the worse after Zach, 26, tested positive for the coronavirus mid-trip. Though Zach held the show\u2019s first-ever virtual rose ceremony from his hotel room, Kaitlyn, 37, is claiming that not all of the footage of him being sick was shot in the U.K.<\/p>\n \u201cWhen they show B-roll of Zach, and he really doesn\u2019t look like he\u2019s doing too bad despite the dramatic footage of him blowing his nose \u2014 you remember him?\u201d the former Bachelorette<\/em><\/a> star stated on her podcast. \u201cHe\u2019s, like, in his hotel room, in the bed, blowing his nose, he\u2019s got a little fake cup of tea. That\u2019s a hotel in L.A.\u201d<\/p>\n According to Kaitlyn, \u201cIt\u2019s the hotel they always put all of their people in when we do, like, [After the<\/em>] Final Rose<\/em> or the Women Tell All<\/em>, Men Tell All<\/em>. That\u2019s where they stay, in this, like, very specific bed that has writing on the back.\u201d<\/p>\n She even went on to explain why she thinks producers made the decision to film the extra shots. \u201cThey must have had to be like, \u2018Oh s\u2013t, we need some B-roll of Zach looking sick,\u2019\u201d she continued. \u201cAnd so, then, he\u2019s back in L.A., and they\u2019re like, \u2018Can we just get you blowing your nose and, like, holding a cup of tea in the hotel room?\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n Kaitlyn joked that she finds the whole location switch-up \u201cfunny,\u201d and even admitted that she was slightly jealous of the time off Zach\u2019s sickness allotted him. \u201cI actually thought in that moment, I was like, \u2018Damn, I could have used five days off with some tea in bed during my season,’\u201d she said.<\/p>\n Kaitlyn made her Bachelor Nation debut on season 19 of The Bachelo<\/em>r in 2015. Later that year, she led season 11 of The Bachelorette<\/em> and walked away engaged to contestant Shawn Booth<\/strong><\/a>. The two called it quits in 2018<\/a>, and she later began dating her fianc\u00e9 Jason Tartick<\/strong><\/a> in 2019. Tartick, 34, popped the question in 2021<\/a>.<\/p>\n Following Monday\u2019s episode, contestant Greer Blitzer<\/strong><\/a> seemingly shaded Zach on social media<\/a> after their rough virtual cocktail party conversation. After Greer, 24, attempted to relate to Zach\u2019s situation by recalling how getting COVID-19 previously threw off her work life, he responded, \u201cI think me missing out on finding a wife is slightly more important than [a sales quarter].\u201d<\/p>\n
