A new lawsuit alleges that Mia Goth intentionally kicked a background actor in the head and \u201ctaunted, mocked and belittled\u201d him while shooting “MaXXXine.” The suit also includes a wrongful termination claim against A24, Goth and Ti West. https:\/\/t.co\/w0iS0ZHabc<\/a><\/p>\n

2024 sure is off to a wild start. Mia Goth<\/b>, star of Pearl and Maxxxine, has been accused of deliberately kicking a stunt double in the head last April. The plaintiff, James Hunter<\/b>, was hired to play a dead parishioner in Maxxxine for three days of filming. Goth’s character was allegedly supposed to run over him, sometimes step over him, look down, and keep running. <\/p>\n

However, he says that she nearly stepped on him once, prompting him to complain. On the next take, he claims that she deliberately kicked him in the head while wearing boots. Later, he claims that in private she belittled him and taunted him to try to do something about it. He claims that he was wrongfully fired before the remaining two days of the shoot.<\/p>\n
