It\u2019s actually part of an admirable mission from Coast Runner <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/techcrunch.com\/2024\/01\/12\/coast-runner-cnc-ces\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">to make computer numerical control (CNC) machines more accessible<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to professionals and hobbyists. For those less familiar with the space, a CNC machine is what allows for the standardization and automation of an otherwise manual process, like cutting through components on an assembly line or 3D printing.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But just look at that graphic referencing the 1992 disposable cup design \u201cJazz\u201d (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.reddit.com\/r\/IAmA\/comments\/394teo\/ama_request_the_graphic_designer_who_made_the\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">which has since had a life of its own online<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.)
