The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills<\/em><\/a> is offering more insight into what went wrong in Kyle Richards<\/strong><\/a> and Mauricio Umansky<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s marriage.<\/p>\n

\u201cMau gets a lot of DMs from women, they don\u2019t care that he\u2019s married, and they\u2019re always the aggressor,\u201d Kyle, 54, revealed during the Wednesday, January 10, episode of the Bravo series. \u201cIt just makes you realize there\u2019s a lot of f\u2014king assholes out there.\u201d<\/p>\n

During the episode, the women headed to Ojai, California, for a wine tasting to celebrate Annemarie Wiley<\/strong>\u2019s birthday. The costars played a game while having lunch, and Sutton Stracke pulled a card that read, \u201cWhat is appropriate to husbands when it comes to communicating with other women on social media?\u201d<\/p>\n

All of the women were quick to agree that it was not appropriate for married men to be engaging in that kind of behavior online.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tKyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky were married for more than two decades before they shocked fans with their separation in 2023. Richards was previously married to Guraish Aldjufrie, with whom she shares daughter Farrah, from 1988 to 1992. She met Umansky in 1994, and the couple exchanged vows two years later. Richards was four months [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve had a fight with Mau over that, I hate that,\u201d Kyle said. \u201c\u2018Liking\u2019 people\u2019s photos, following people, you don\u2019t do that.\u201d (Kyle and Mauricio frequently weathered cheating rumors through the years, but they\u2019ve denied any instances of infidelity.)<\/p>\n

\u201cBut what does communicating mean?\u201d Sutton, 52, asked, to which Kyle replied, \u201cNot just DMing, that\u2019s like, no. \u2026 But also, you don\u2019t have to follow every single person and \u2018like\u2019 all their photos. I don\u2019t like that at all. At all.\u201d<\/p>\n

Us Weekly<\/em> confirmed in July 2023 that Kyle and Mauricio, 53, had split after 27 years of marriage<\/a>. They addressed their separation in a joint Instagram statement at the time, telling followers that the decision had come after \u201ca rough year\u201d<\/a> together.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe both love and respect each other tremendously. There has been no wrongdoing on anyone\u2019s part,\u201d they concluded. \u201cAlthough we are in the public eye, we ask to be able to work through our issues privately.\u201d<\/p>\n

A source told Us<\/em> in November 2023 that Kyle and Mauricio had yet to hire divorce lawyers<\/a>, but RHOBH<\/em> season 13 has showcased some of the ups and downs in the duo\u2019s marriage before they pulled the plug.<\/p>\n

Elsewhere in Wednesday\u2019s episode, Kyle hosted an event with the National Alliance on Mental Illness to honor her late friend<\/a> Lorene Shea<\/strong> on the first anniversary of her death. (Lorene died by suicide in May 2022.)<\/p>\n

Kyle was joined at the event by her four daughters \u2014 she shares Alexia, 27, Sophia, 23, and Portia, 15, with Mauricio and eldest daughter Farrah Aldjufrie<\/strong> with ex-husband Guraish Aldjufrie<\/strong> \u2014 but Mauricio was noticeably absent.<\/p>\n

\u201cMau can\u2019t be here because he had to go out of town for business,\u201d Kyle explained in her confessional. \u201cHad this been a few years ago, I would have really relied on him on a night like tonight.\u201d<\/p>\n

Garcelle Beauvais<\/strong> noted that Mauricio\u2019s absence \u201csays a lot about where [Kyle\u2019s] relationship is.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kyle also recalled Lorene telling her to \u201calways appreciate your marriage\u201d two days before her passing.<\/p>\n
