PK Kemsley<\/strong><\/a> is suggesting that \u201celements\u201d of wife Dorit Kemsley<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s PTSD are more \u201cobnoxious\u201d than concerning.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere are elements that I understand, there are also elements that I don\u2019t consider are PTSD. I don\u2019t,\u201d he declared during the Wednesday, January 10, episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills<\/em><\/a>. \u201cThe reality is, when does high maintenance blend with PTSD?\u201d<\/p>\n

Dorit, 47, and PK, 56, had a joint therapy session during this week\u2019s RHOBH<\/em> to address the Beverly Beach founder\u2019s lingering PTSD following their 2021 home invasion<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy biggest issue was that after the home invasion I really needed PK around and he was traveling all the time,\u201d Dorit admitted in her confessional. \u201cHe wasn\u2019t here for me. Not physically and not emotionally, really. The passes, the patience, those are now used up. It\u2019s time for him to show up.\u201d<\/p>\n

In October 2021, PK was away in London on business when Dorit was robbed at gunpoint<\/a> while home with their two children, son Jagger, 9, and daughter Phoenix, 7. \u201cThree male suspects took an unknown amount of property,\u201d the Los Angeles Police Department told Us Weekly<\/em> at the time. Dorit revealed in 2022 that the robbers had never been caught<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cI feel like you don\u2019t quite understand the severity of the PTSD for me and largely in part the surprise element,\u201d Dorit told PK during Wednesday\u2019s episode. \u201cI try to tell you and you just had a reaction that was very defensive.\u201d<\/p>\n

Dorit Kemsley\u2019s Encino, California, home was burglarized on Wednesday, October 27, Us Weekly can confirm. \u201cA home invasion robbery happened at 10:50 pm last night and it happened at the 1700 block of Adlon Road,\u201d the Los Angeles Police Department told Us in a statement. \u201cWe don\u2019t have specific details of the [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

PK hit back, \u201cDoes PTSD require you to discuss it there and then. Is that PTSD?\u201d<\/p>\n

The couple was arguing about their anniversary, which was showcased earlier in the season. To celebrate, PK planned a Pretty Woman<\/em>-themed date. Since she wasn\u2019t in on the plan from the beginning, Dorit explained that surprises can cause great \u201canxiety\u201d for her.<\/p>\n

During his confessional, PK said that Dorit has since become more \u201chigh maintenance\u201d over the years in their relationship.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tNot long after Dorit Kemsley met real estate developer Paul \u201cPK\u201d Kemsley in 2011, romance flourished \u2014 and their love story has been going strong ever since. \u201cWell, we met and we didn\u2019t really have our first official date for a couple of months,\u201d the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star recalled during a September [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Following their back-and-forth, PK got emotional during his therapy session with Dorit.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t know why you would think I wouldn\u2019t want to understand [PTSD]. It\u2019s helpful to me as well as you. But you\u2019ve got to give me a chance to understand it and you\u2019ve also got to try and articulate it just a little bit calmer and a little bit less irritated by it,\u201d PK said. \u201cI\u2019m not seeking to irritate you, I\u2019m seeking to understand you.\u201d<\/p>\n
