\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n The Wicked<\/strong><\/a><\/em> movies only had two more weeks of filming remaining when the SAG-AFTRA strike impacted production last year.<\/p>\n The cast was unable to work during the strike and production was paused with only days remaining in the filming process.<\/p>\n It now appears that the Wicked <\/em>cast is getting ready to resume filming and fans have noticed some clues!<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n The cast of the movie includes Cynthia Erivo<\/strong><\/a> as Elphaba, Ariana Grande<\/strong><\/a> as Glinda, Jonathan Bailey<\/strong><\/a> as Fiyero, and Ethan Slater<\/strong><\/a> as Boq.<\/p>\n Cynthia<\/strong> just left a comment on Jonathan<\/strong>\u2018s Instagram account that seemingly hints at the cast getting back together on set. After he attended the Golden Globes over the weekend, Cynthia <\/strong>commented on his January 8 post and said, \u201cWe live for it all. You look gorgeous darling!!! See you soon!\ud83d\udc9a.\u201d<\/p>\n There\u2019s also the recent news that Ethan <\/strong>is going to be taking a two-week break from starring in the Broadway musical Spamalot<\/em>. <\/p>\n BroadwayWorld<\/a> reported that Ethan is going to be out of the show until January 21. <\/p>\n Wicked<\/em> composer Stephen Schwartz <\/strong>recently opened up about the remaining scenes.<\/p>\n \u201cMost of it has been shot. We ultimately decided to do two movies because we couldn\u2019t get it all crammed into one movie without, we felt, really compromising the story. We thought no one wanted to sit for four hours and see one movie [laughs], so it got divided into two movies. But yeah, most of it has been shot. The actors\u2019 strike, of course, meant that they couldn\u2019t quite finish. Now that that\u2019s settled, they\u2019ll finish the principal photography for that.
