If you have a crush on Liam Neeson<\/strong><\/a>, it’s best to keep that information to yourself. In an interview with Rolling Stone,<\/em><\/a> Neeson revealed that he was \u201cuncomfortable\u201d during his recent appearance on The View<\/em> due to Joy Behar<\/strong>‘s flirting: \u201cIt\u2019s just a bit embarrassing.\u201d<\/p>\n Neeson appeared on ABC’s popular daytime talk show on Wednesday, February 15th to promote his new film Marlowe.<\/em>\u00a0 Initially, he was excited to chat with the women about the film, and the issue of gun violence. \u201cI was in the dressing room drinking a cup of tea, turned the TV up, and I thought, oh, this will be great. They\u2019re talking about gun violence in America, and I agree that it\u2019s an American problem,\u201d he said. \u201cI go onstage and join the ladies during the break, and I was congratulating them on this discussion.\u201d<\/p>\n But once Neeson joined the Behar and her co-hosts Whoopi Goldberg<\/strong>, Sunny Hostin<\/strong>, Ana Navarro<\/strong>, and Alyssa Farah Griffin<\/strong>, the conversation quickly veered away from heavier topics to lighter fare. That disappointed the actor. \u201cAnd then our segment starts and it\u2019s just all this BS with Joy and Liam Neeson and having a crush, and I\u2019ve known Whoopi for years and Joy a little bit, but I just wasn\u2019t impressed,” Neeson told Rolling Stone.<\/em> “I\u2019m uncomfortable in those situations, you know?\u201d<\/p>\n Neeson was referring to Behar’s affection for the Taken<\/em> star. At the top of Neeson’s interview, Navarro mentioned that Behar talks about Neeson a lot on the show. \u201cOh, shut up, don\u2019t blow my cover up,\u201d Behar quipped. \u00a0Griffin then joked that Behar wanted to be \u201ctaken\u201d by Neeson.\u00a0<\/p>\n The crush jokes kept coming, with Behar expressing disappointment that Neeson sent all the women Valentine’s day cards and not just her. Hostin claimed that Neeson \u201cwrote something very special on mine,\u201d prompting Navarro to ask Neeson to add an extra heart to Behar\u2019s card. The show then played a supercut of Behar talking about Neeson on The View<\/em>, which included her saying she was \u201caroused\u201d by the Taken series and joking that she would like her ashes to be sprinkled all over him.<\/p>\n \u201cThe segment’s all about this \u2014\u00a0oof\u00a0\u2014 13, 14-year-old crush,\u201d Neeson told Rolling Stone<\/em>. “It’s just a bit embarrassing.”<\/p>\n Neeson’s View<\/em> experience wasn’t completely embarrassing. He told Rolling Stone<\/em> that he \u201chad a little chat afterward\u201d with host and prosecutor Sunny Hostin, and the two engaged in what he considered \u201cintelligent conversation.\u201d He also wasn’t the only one who noticed that something might have been off about his View appearance, as Whoopi Goldberg joked that she was \u201cafraid\u201d to invite him back after all the hubub he caused amongst her co-hosts. Maybe next time, Neeson should consider dropping by The View<\/em> a little further away from Valentine’s Day.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
