\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n Julianne Hough<\/strong><\/a> has a new look!<\/p>\n The 35-year-old Dancing With the Stars<\/em> dancer and actress shared a video over the weekend on her Instagram, in which she sat in a salon chair and began snipping away at the front of her blonde hair with a stylist watching on.<\/p>\n \u201cI need the slide action,\u201d she noted as she continued to cut several inches off her hai.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m cutting my own hair,\u201d she added. \u201cOh, that\u2019s so fun! Well, at least I don\u2019t second guess and I just go for it,\u201d she said to the camera, revealing her new shoulder-length hair.<\/p>\n \u201cAnd that, my dears, is a seven-minute haircut.\u201d<\/p>\n She explained further in her caption.<\/p>\n \u201cOut with the old energy, and in with the new,\u201d she wrote. <\/p>\n \u201cThis was such a funny day \u2014 it was raining so hard, but the sun was shining and there was a double rainbow. It made me start to think about the seasons of life, and the decisions we make as we progress. Hair is such an outward expression of what those decisions are\u2026of the internal journeys that we go through,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n \u201cPlus a double rainbow to show a sign of prosperity and all the life that is to come.
