The home, according to the foreclosure notice, is being sold due to the couple\u2019s \u201cfailure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n In Touch<\/span><\/i> previously confirmed in October 2022 that the reality TV couple failed to pay back a $300,000 loan taken out on the 6,900-square-foot home, resulting in foreclosure proceedings.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The 5-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom property includes a basketball court, elevator, waterfall, pool and spa, among other lavish perks. After moving in with her family in 2013, Kim often gushed about the property, calling it her \u201cdream home.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cI absolutely love [our home],\u201d the former<\/span> Real Housewives of Atlanta<\/span><\/i><\/a> star said when giving fans an inside look, revealing that her favorite room in the house was the \u201cHollywood Room.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cThis is my favorite room in the whole house.
