However, she laughed about not being able to bend down.<\/p>\n \u201cOh, boy. I really can\u2019t bend in these,\u201d she said as she tried to grab the mini bottle of liquor from the fan. \u201cDude, this is tight. Like, I lost weight and they\u2019re like, \u2018Let\u2019s get you into this tight s\u2013t.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n When the talk show host finally managed to swipe the bottle, another fan shouted, \u201cSkinny legend!\u201d<\/p>\n Kelly opened up about her recent weight loss in an interview with People<\/em><\/a> published on Wednesday, January 3, and \u200bcredited her food choices and physicians for helping her shed the pounds.<\/p>\n \u201cI dropped weight because I\u2019ve been listening to my doctor \u2014 a couple years I didn\u2019t. And 90 percent of the time I\u2019m really good at it because a protein diet is good for me anyway. I\u2019m a Texas girl, so I like meat \u2014 sorry, vegetarians in the world!\u201d the \u201cSince U Been Gone\u201d songstress said.<\/p>\n She also said that her recent decision to move her show from Los Angeles to New York City<\/a> has helped because \u201cwalking in the city is quite the workout.\u201d<\/p>\n Kelly also revealed that she had been struggling mentally while she lived in L.A., as well as her two children, River Rose and Remington Alexander, and that factored into her decision to move across the country.<\/p>\n
