Austen Kroll<\/strong><\/a> hit his breaking point with Jarrett \u201cJT\u201d Thomas<\/strong><\/a> during the season 9 Southern Charm<\/em><\/a> finale \u2014 and it resulted in a scuffle in front of their friends.<\/p>\n

\u201cIn Jamaica I realized Austen cares about nobody but himself,\u201d JT, 38, said during a confessional interview in the Thursday, January 4, episode<\/a>, referring to the group\u2019s recent getaway. \u201cDeep down he\u2019s a self-serving, insecure, me first, coward.\u201d<\/p>\n

Austen, 36, and JT have butted heads all season as JT took issue with Austen kissing Taylor Ann Green<\/strong><\/a>. The kiss caused Austen\u2019s ex Olivia Flowers<\/strong> and Taylor, 28, to have a falling out.<\/p>\n

JT and Austen\u2019s drama bubbled over on Thursday\u2019s episode after Taylor friend-zoned JT when he said that he had feelings for her. The rejection led JT to confront Austen at a group party and call him \u201ca snake and a coward.\u201d<\/p>\n

When Southern Charm premiered, it starred Thomas Ravenel, Shep Rose, Cameran Eubanks, Craig Conover, Whitney Sudler-Smith and Jenna King. \u201cWhat are you squealing about?\u201d Austen quipped while speaking with JT at the bar. JT then accused Austen of being the \u201cgenesis of why there\u2019s so much pain and tears\u201d within the group, claiming Austen is \u201can arm\u2019s length friend who cannot be trusted around any woman.\u201d<\/p>\n

When Taylor stepped in to try and diffuse the situation, JT snapped back, saying, \u201cYou\u2019re taking his back? I\u2019ll never forget this.\u201d<\/p>\n

In that moment, Austen finally realized why JT has been constantly attacking him and his character. \u201cOh, now I get it. He\u2019s jealous of me,\u201d Austen told the cameras. \u201cHe wanted Taylor so bad. And I get the girl. JT doesn\u2019t.\u201d<\/p>\n

JT continued to spiral at the party and claimed that Austen and Taylor did more than kiss<\/a>, which is why Shep Rose<\/strong> is still so mad at Austen<\/a>. (Austen hooked up with Taylor shortly after Shep, 43, and Taylor split in July 2022.)<\/p>\n

Austen and JT proceeded to shove each other back and forth before the camera crew stepped in. \u201cWhat is f\u2013king wrong with you dude?\u201d Austen asked. \u201c10 years, never physical contact and here you come in.\u201d<\/p>\n

JT claimed that Austen hit him first, to which Austen replied, \u201cYou head butted me!\u201d JT fired back, saying, \u201cYou f\u2013king lose. I\u2019ll see you never again.\u201d Austen ended the night outside with Whitney Sudler-Smith<\/strong> shaking his head. \u201cThis is f\u2013king insane,\u201d Austen confessed.<\/p>\n
