This is a photo posted post-procedure on TikTok.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2023\/01\/leon-brown-transgender-sister-wives-star-undergoes-gender-reassignment-surgery\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Leon underwent gender reassignment surgery<\/a> in January and is engaged to longtime love Audrey Kriss, who is also transgender.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s not that they\u2019re not fitting in,\u201d Gwen continued, explaining the distance between Leon and most other Brown family members. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s that they have chosen to go to people they can trust.
