Your insubordination and lack of respect is insurmountable,\u201d the Below Deck Mediterranean<\/em> <\/a>star, 57, told the stew during a new episode of the hit Bravo series, which aired on Monday, February 20. \u201cAlissa, when you said, \u2018Yes Sandy. I mean Captain Sandy.\u2019 That was a f\u2014k you to my face. No matter what job you work in, respect for hierarchy is a must. I am letting you go.\u201d<\/p>\n Sandy pointed out that Alissa\u2019s behavior toward her contributed to the decision<\/a>, saying, \u201cIt never feels good to fire a crew member. You\u2019re ending their income. As a captain, I have to make the hard decisions and I have to live with them.\u201d<\/p>\n Alissa, for her part, accepted the decision and promptly left St. David<\/a> before a new group of guests came onboard. Meanwhile, Ben Willoughby<\/strong> broke the news to former stew Camille Lamb<\/strong><\/a> after she was let go earlier in the season.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019ve been vindicated. I have always seen [Alissa] be \u2014 for lack of a better term \u2014 awful. And she\u2019s shown her face. I am satisfied that people got to see what I saw,\u201d the former Below Deck<\/em> star shared in a confessional, referring to her onscreen feud with Alissa<\/a>. \u201cHashtag Justice for Camille.\u201d<\/p>\n Later in the episode, the Be the Calm or Be the Storm<\/em> author received a call from her predecessor about his plans to come back. Lee, 73, previously surprised viewers when he briefly left to deal with health concerns<\/a>. As the season continued to air on Bravo, the OG Below Deck<\/em> star publicly questioned Sandy\u2019s leadership.<\/a><\/p>\n \u201cSo I found out after the fact that she fired one of my crew, not before. Ok?\u201d Lee tweeted in January after Camille\u2019s departure aired. \u201c[Camille] deserved what she got. That was never my issue. So many people can\u2019t see that, and I\u2019m sorry for that. I didn\u2019t want [Sandy] to ask permission, just wanted the update, that quick call you mentioned, good manners.\u201d<\/p>\n He added: \u201cShe did it on tv in front of how many people with out [SIC] consulting me. That doesn\u2019t sound very private to me at all.\u201d<\/p>\n Sandy, for her part, pointed out that she was in charge of the crew in Lee\u2019s absence<\/a>. \u201cHe\u2019s in the hospital. Who\u2019s gonna call and say, \u2018Can I fire Camille?\u2019 Never in a million years would I do that,\u201d she explained on SiriusXM\u2019s Reality Checked earlier this month. \u201cBut what I did was give him a courtesy call saying, \u2018By the way, I did fire her.
