Don\u2019t take calls after 5.30pm. Don\u2019t read emails after 5.30pm. Watch a happy movie. <\/p>\n<p>\n\u201cAnd stay outside. I\u2019m not kidding about the Fridays. <\/p>\n<p>\n\u201cI don\u2019t think anyone should be working five days a week.
