Bradley Cooper<\/strong><\/a> is no stranger to Pennsylvania. After all, the famous Philadelphia Eagles football fan was born and raised there. But when he and supermodel flame Gigi Hadid<\/strong><\/a> enjoyed a getaway to River House at Odette\u2019s in New Hope, Pennsylvania, this October, the Silver Linings Playbook<\/em> actor found an all-new reason to adore the Keystone State.<\/p>\n

\u201cGigi showed him around town, and they spent time with her mom,\u201d an insider exclusively tells Life & Style<\/em>, noting Yolanda Hadid<\/strong> owns a farm nearby that the Guest in Residence designer often retreats to with daughter Khai, 3. \u201cBradley absolutely loved it.\u201d<\/p>\n

In fact, he\u2019s so smitten with the area, as well as with Gigi, that the Maestro star and director has reportedly bought a home not too far away. \u201cBradley wants Gigi to help decorate,\u201d reveals the insider of his surprise real estate acquisition. \u201cShe\u2019s thrilled that they\u2019ll be neighbors! No doubt she\u2019ll be spending a lot of time at the house.\u201d<\/p>\n

While the couple only stepped out together<\/a> for the first time in October in NYC \u2014 where they both mainly reside \u2014 things have progressed quickly. \u201cGigi and Bradley are actually getting quite serious,\u201d says a source, adding that this new Pennsylvania nest is part of the plans they\u2019re making for the future. \u201cDespite keeping a very low profile, they are with one another a lot, often meeting up late and spending the night together. Obviously, they\u2019re both super busy, but they really go out of their way to make time to see each other.\u201d<\/p>\n

Putting Down Roots<\/h2>\n

Gigi, 28, previously lived with Khai\u2019s father, Zayn Malik<\/strong>, 30, on a local farm in Pennsylvania. \u201cI always want to be here full-time,\u201d she said in 2021 of their simpler, \u201cgreenery\u201d-filled life in Bucks County. \u201cI love the city, but this is where I\u2019m happiest.\u201d<\/p>\n

Now Bradley, 48, gets the appeal, too. \u201cHe thinks it will be great for Lea,\u201d says the insider of the 6-year-old daughter the Alias alum shares with ex Irina Shayk<\/strong>, 37. \u201cShe can have a pony!\u201d Of course, if things keep going the way they are, it\u2019s possible that Lea and Khai will end up making memories there together \u2014 as part of a blended family. \u201cPeople thought Gigi and Bradley were just a flash in the pan at first, but the couple are proving them wrong,\u201d says the insider. \u201cThis new property is proof they\u2019re serious about one another and intend to be in each other\u2019s lives going forward.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
